The Grounds Office is the behind the scenes HQ for Irish Fest!
What We Do
The staff at the Grounds Office distributes keys, radios and golf carts to volunteers, often serving as a liaison between the festival and Summerfest Security and Grounds Services, receives, stores and further distributes deliveries from common carrier, housed the Lost and Found, assists vendors, answers telephone calls and other communications from the public, and will assist members of the public who experience difficulties on the grounds. The Grounds Office is staffed on the evening before festival set-up begins until the evening of take-down.
