Please note shifts on August 1-5 are preparation/setup shifts and DO NOT meet at the gate. August 18th is Take-Down at the Grounds Festival Office just inside Gate 6. Security personnel at the gate can direct you to the office.
August 1 : APRS equipment checks & orientation training for new volunteers at Ham Radio Outlet (5710 W Good Hope Rd.)
August 4 : Pick up Rental Radios at Implecho in Waukesha (1 person to go with Roger, meet at Tech Lab 11617 W Bluemound Rd, Wauwatosa WI)
August 5 : Count/Inventory Rental Radios and barcodes at Tech Lab (11617 W Bluemound Rd, Wauwatosa, WI)
August 6 : Set up the Repeater on Festival Grounds (at the grounds office) inside Gate 6.
August 7 : TENTATIVE Fall back date to set up the repeater (pending any delays / weather) inside Gate 6.
August 13-16 : Irish Fest
August 17 : Take Down & Count Rental Radios
August 18 : Return Rental Radios to Implecho in Waukesha
