Artist Merch

We are a group of people that knows how to have a lot of fun, are happy to work hard, and willing to help our customers and artists have the best Festival experience that they can.

Our team, on a regular basis:

• Counts and tracks thousands of pieces of merchandise
• Acts as ambassadors for the festival to the Patrons and the Artists
• Provides general festival information to Patrons on scheduling, location finding, and services
• Provides product information about and sales of Artist Merchandise

If you:

• like to do a variety of work, in a sometimes fast paced environment
• enjoy interacting with new people on a frequent basis
• can reliably count by 5s
• are comfortable handling money
• have a can-do attitude

    then you may belong with us!

We receive Merchandise (From CDs, T-Shirts, and Books to Key Chains, Shot Glasses, and Scarves (and everything in between), and then sell that merchandise to Festival Patrons at our multiple sales locations through the festival grounds.  We are responsible for:

• Keeping track of a large amount and wide variety of merchandise
• Answering patron questions about merchandise
• Completing sales of merchandise to patrons

We have two different roles within the overall Artist Merchandise area: Merchandise Sales and Merchandise Inventory

These roles both require an ability to count accurately and work in a dynamic environment.  The Sales portion of the operation requires good customer service skills, comfort with cash handling, and comfort with retail transactions.
