Who We Are
Irish Fest Shuttle Program Team - SIGN UP HERE
We are volunteers in charge of the Bus Terminal at the Mid-Gate entrance to the Irish Fest grounds. We need 4 volunteers to staff the Bus Terminal and count riders during all hours of the festival, and 1 hour after the festival, daily. Kids may also volunteer! Children under age 13 are required to stay with their parent or guardian at ALL times. Children 13 and older may volunteer with a signed permission slip. This permission slip must be returned to youth@irishfest.com. Additional information for youth volunteers and the permission slip may be found here: https://irishfest.com/Participate/Volunteer#YouthVolunteers

Volunteer Benefits:
- FREE entry to Irish Fest! As a volunteer you get in free.

You may choose, Brown Deer Road Park and Ride, Watertown Plank Park and Ride, State Fair Park and Ride, or the College Avenue Park and Ride (East or West side).
- $5 food coupon(s) for every 4 hours of volunteer work.
- Satisfaction knowing you've helped keep this important cultural festival available to our city and visitors from all over the world!
We appreciate your help! If you have any special requests or questions, please write it in the comments box when you sign up for a shift or send an email to Roger via his contact information below.
What We Do
You are asked to work outside under a tent (table and chairs provided) and when a bus arrives count all the riders arriving and departing. You will help visitors board their correct route to and from Irish Fest.
You will also assist patrons with donations, a QR code link to donate, and radio in to have donation buckets emptied by a designated contact.
Bus drivers are only allowed to work up to 8 hours. During a shift change, we may move the signage and GPS tracking gear to a new bus. Then in the evening we have to pull the signage and the GPS tracking gear out of ALL buses for overnight storage.
Please bookmark this page and record your login credentials when you sign up. You will need to log back in here to make modifications if your availability changes. When reviewing time slots on the sign up page, you can choose one or multiple time-slots. Please sign up for multiple slots if you can.
Anyone NOT registered on the volunteer list will NOT be counted for tickets/food/parking, and we need to know as soon as possible to reserve needed tickets (limited supply). If you have any questions, check here for the latest information or contact:
